  • Order Changes & Cancellations:
    We understand that plans can change! If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us within 12 hours of placing it.

    Orders processed after this window cannot be adjusted,
    but you can always return your unwanted items for a full refund (see return policy below).

Import Duties & Taxes:

    Prices displayed on our website do not include any potential import taxes or duties. These charges may be applied by your local customs office when the package arrives in your country.

    Feinli is not responsible for covering these fees. We recommend contacting your local customs office for more information on potential import charges.
