Warranty Coverage

• Duration: The warranty is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
• What's Covered: Defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.

What We Do:

• We will ship you a new product.
• You will need to send the defective product back to us. Return shipping costs may be covered by Feinli.

What's Not Covered

The warranty does not cover:

• Misuse: Improper handling, physical damage, exposure to moisture, or not following product instructions.
• Unauthorized Repairs: Any repair or alteration by anyone other than Feinli or authorized service providers.
• Wear and Tear: Normal wear and tear like scratches or dents.
• Accidents: Damage from spills, drops, or similar incidents.

How to Make a Warranty Claim

• Proof of Purchase: Provide the name you used for purchase, shipping address, order number, and date of purchase. Receipts, invoices, or order confirmations are also accepted.
• Contact Us: Email our customer service team at support@feinli.com to start a claim.
• Product Inspection: Send us a video showing:
  1. The product being charged with the cable.
  2. Pressing the power button for 2-4 seconds.
  3. Trying to use the control panel.

Note: Check that the issue isn't due to a broken cable or outlet before claiming the warranty.

• Validation: We will review your video. If approved, we'll send you a new product and instructions for returning the defective one.

Limitation of Liability

Feinli's responsibility is limited to repairing or replacing the product. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
